My situation was pretty specific, I was going through a divorce and had a very serious family illness I was dealing with and was very concerned with timelines and how to sell quick at the best price and to try to find a condo to rent quickly that wouldn’t take me away from my current location so I didn’t have to change so much at my life in the moment.
So when I met Adele I was pleasantly surprised with her openness to my situation and the drive to get things done at the highest quality level as possible. The task. Was not easy! The demand in Cityplace took us to so many listings. Bidding wars for rentals. Some great, some…. well not so much and ones we faught for but lost due to the demand.
But Adele never gave up on me. She pushed harder and set up showings each week to show me no matter what we lost, we will find the right one. Choosing a place to live is not like buying a new jacket. You need to look around and say “this can be my home”.
After a very long process, and the most unforeseen situations! we worked harder and harder and found the condo that I was happy to be in and could be comfortable in on my own for the first time in 10 years and not feel alone in a 1 bedroom now living by myself and dealing with the loss of my father.
Adele was a agent that understood the needs of her client and proved to me that she is willing to go the extra mile, not because of a commission, but because it is the right thing to do.
She gained not only myself as a client but future clients because of her work ethic.
I have a year of renting and when the time comes close to purchasing again, there is only one email I need to send to have the process start again.
